Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has released an Advertisement for below mentioned Posts 2017. Other details like Educational Qualification, Selection Process and How to apply are given below.

Posts :

• Lecturer of various subjects in Govt Ayurved College: 78 Posts
• Principal of Model Residence School under Director, Developing Castes Welfare Department: 03 Posts

Total No. of Posts: 81 Posts

Educational Qualification : 

• Lecturer: 
• (i) Possess a Post-graduate degree in the relevant subject as shown in the Annexure-I obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India or any other Educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Council Of Indian Medicine. 
• (ii) Provided that if the suitable candidate who possesses the post-graduate degree in the concerned subject is not available, a candidate who possesses a post-graduate degree in allied subjects shown against the concerned subject in the Annexure-II or as recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine shall be considered for the direct selection.

• Principal: 
• (i) A Post-graduate degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade B in the seven-point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the master degree level from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized by the Government as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the U.G.C. Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government
• (ii) A Bachelor degree in education with at least 60% of the marks or its equivalent grade B in the seven-point scale with letter grades O, A, B, C, D, E and F at the degree level from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized by the Government as such or declared to be a deemed University under section 3 of the U.G.C. Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government
• (iii) Have about 05 years combined or separate experience of teaching or inspecting of educational institutions or administration in educational institutions recognized by the Government after obtaining Bachelor degree in Education.

Candidates must have Basic Knowledge of Computer and Also have a Complete Knowledge of Languages Gujarati & Hindi

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on competitive written exam & computer proficiency test.
